Vallea stood by Romeo’s bed in the hospital, he’d gained consciousness a few days ago and had asked for her she had refused blatantly, but he’d begged Bella and she’d begged her giving her the biggest headache ever.

‘Please go and see him, Val he’s been asking for you.’

‘I can't, I'm sorry.’

‘He only wants to speak to you I promise.’

‘I said no.’

‘Okay okay anything. To shut you up.’

She smiled. ‘You won’t regret this Val.’

‘Please keep this between us okay I don’t want Dom to know or his friends.‘

‘My lips are sealed. She said zipping them shut.

He looked at her. ‘Val.’

‘Bella said you wanted to see me.’

‘I do please sit down.’

She sat in the chair beside the bed he took her hand in his. ‘I’m sorry Val my mouth tends to act before thinking.’

‘It’s okay.’

‘No it’s not. I really like you Val and I was hoping we could be friends if nothing else.’

‘I wish I could.’
