Chapter 7: #7 Heartbroken
Sam POV
I was sitting in a cafe with my clients to discuss some things regarding our collaboration. Taylor was also present with me as he manages my clients and schedule. I was wrapping up my meeting with the client when I saw HER walking in the cafe. She looked magnificent yet nervous,calm yet anxious. She was such a beauty and treasure to look at. I can keep looking at her for hours and hours and still not get tired. I bid goodbye to my client and shifted to another table where I could keep looking at her and listen to her talk. Taylor was confused as to why I was doing so he said,"Boss,we have to leave from here as you have to go and plan for the new year's party"
"Yes Taylor,call my secretary and tell him to get all the things done and also there shouldn't be any mistake.Okay?." I told taylor without shifting my gaze from her.
"Yess Boss,but it is important for you to be there," Taylor told me,still confused by my behaviour.
"Taylor do as I say and you can wait for me in the car" I order Taylor.
"Sure boss" He replies.
She was there with another lady who was supposedly her friend,her friend was convincing her that Tyler is wrong and I totally agreed with her point. At a certain point I got her name,its PIA. I thought I had achieved a milestone by knowing her name. I was behaving silly and I didn't know why.
I was listening to them talk when I heard that the boy Tyler had refused to get intimate with Pia because she was FAT? I mean where the hell is this guy from? Is he blind? Does he not see that Pia is a perfect girl for any man in the world. How the fuck does he disrespect a girl who is his girlfriend like that? I became paranoid but stayed calm and kept looking and listening to her.
They both head out of the cafe and even I decided to get into my car and head on to home. I sat in my car and Taylor asked me," Boss,do you want me to follow the lady? Or are we heading home."
"We are going in the same direction as her and part ways when we have to" I tell him in a stern voice.
"Yes Boss. The lady looks so beautiful doesn't she?" Taylor asks me.
"Taylor,eyes and ears to the road" I order him to act strictly but inside I am happy.
We were in the car practically following her when she stopped midway and looked in a certain direction with a shocked face. I look into the direction where she is looking and even I am a little taken aback. I ask Taylor to stop the car.
Pia POV.
I was walking towards home after meeting Ann,I was feeling really blessed to have her in my life. While walking I stopped midway looking at a couple kissing,I looked at them in utter shock,because it was Tyler with some girl. I was so shocked that I could faint any moment and I didn't know what to do. I got hold of a pole nearby and with the support of it I took out my phone and called Tyler. It rang and Tyler didn't pick up instead he sent a message saying,"hey babe,call you later. In a meeting rn"
I was shocked to see him like this. He is literally cheating on me. I didn't know what to do or where to go. I decided to go towards Tyler and confront him. We were supposed to leave for our holiday tomorrow night and he was cheating on me. When I reached him he was speaking to the other girl saying,"Babe,I am gonna miss you so much. I will surely get something for you okay?"
"I'm gonna miss you too babe" the girl replied.
"Hey Tyler." I mutter. He looks back at me and is shocked to see me there.
"Pia. What the fuck are you doing here? Isn't it way past your office hours? And shouldn't you be home by now?" Tyler shouts at me.
"What are you doing here with this girl?" I ask him with a scared voice.
"Oh,you are talking back to me again? And as for her. She is my dearest friend." He tells me proudly. I start losing my confidence and I am on the verge of crying but I still maintain my stern face and ask him," oh,she is so dear that you were kissing her?"
"It's not what you think.Lets go home and talk about this baby" he tells me now in a calm tone.
"Really Tyler? You are now defending yourself for cheating on me?" I ask him in a very furious tone.
"No baby,listen to me. It's not like that,she is nobody but just a friend and nothing much" He starts clarifying himself.
"Really Tyler? I am a nobody now?" The girl asks.
"Anna stay put for a minute." Tyler tells the girl and turns to me saying,"come let's go home and talk about this."
"I am not going anywhere with you. I've had enough." I tell him angrily.
"Tyler,I think it's high time. You should tell her all about us now." Anna speaks.
"What the hell are you talking about? There is nothing like US Anna" Tyler screams at her. All the people around us start staring at us in horror.
"Well then,if there is nothing like US now then what about the times when you fucked me? Last week when you were at Pia place and I sent you the picture you told me I looked hot and you would like to see 'the view' forever? What was all that? A lie? Or is this a lie? Or was it a lie when you told me that you will snatch every penny of Pia's money and give anything I wanted? Oh,about the dress you bought me recently,wasn't that also with Pia's money? " Anna speaks endlessly. And I was dumbfounded. So many lies.
"Shut your fucking mouth anna,or it." Tyler screams at Anna yet again.
"Or what? You would beat me up like you beat up Pia?" Anna questions him.
Oh wait. She knows that he beats me up? How?
"Hey Pia,don't believe this man's any word please" she tells me and leaves cursing Tyler.
"Babe,listen to me she is mad. She doesn't know what she is talking about. She is…" Tyler starts with his lies.
"Enough Tyler. Please leave me alone. I don't want to hear anything. Whatever I had to see and hear I already did."
I literally pushed him away and ran as fast as I could. At a moment I stop and lean to a wall and sit down crying endlessly. I don't know what to do. I realise how all the red signals I've ignored and how badly I was cheated. I realise the amount of importance and love I've given this man and what did he do in the end? Cheat on me? Why did he do that? Was it because I wasn't good enough? Or was it because I am fat? I begin questioning myself on all of this. I was crying when a tall figure appeared in front of me and I thought it must be Tyler,but when I looked up. It wasn't Tyler but somebody I never thought about.
