This man was amongst the strongest Peak stage Overlord Plane Elementalists on the battlefield, and he was one of the people fighting against Oliver. 

Seeing Grey's gaze, he didn't shy away, but he locked his eyes on him. He left Oliver and rushed towards Grey. 

Grey did the same as well. There were people in his front which he naturally took down on the way. However, just as he was about to get within a hundred meters of the Royal Advisor, he noticed something strange.
