𝐇𝐈𝐒 𝐇𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐓 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 beating. 

So did hers. 

They were meant to be, weren't they? This life was promised to them. Now, all she saw was dark. Millions daggers had pierced her heart at once. A part of her soul left her, leaving her hollow again. 

Her first kiss. Her first love. Her husband. The father of her children. 

The King had left the Queen behind. 

She tried to breath normally - leaving him was something she couldn't bring herself to do. But she knew, that if she didn't then the only love he had left for her would be in danger. 

Their children needed their mother. 

She kissed his lips one last time, touching their foreheads. His magic was gone, there was no response. He had left the living world. What would she tell her children now? That she failed to protect their father?
