Chapter 57: ※ Everything Has Changed

𝐇𝐀𝐍𝐃𝐒 𝐖𝐑𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐀𝐑𝐎𝐔𝐍𝐃  her neck, choking her. She found the little air left inside of her vanishing. Her body revolted, trying to push the attacker away but the strength was great. She could not feel her magic - it was as if it had left her alone. 

Fear gripped her. This is not the time for her to die - there are lives at stake. 

"Leave me alone!" she shouts, all in vain. 

Those golden eyes stare right into hers, not a trace of humanity left inside of them. She can not see her attacker's face, no matter how much she tries. Perhaps, it is her end after all. 

Her energy withers, and her eyes become tired to stay wide open. All she could think about are the little joy of her hearts she would leave behind. Only if she can watch them grow up.
