"Are you dumb, or plain stupid?" I had asked, instead of apologizing, instead of telling him I was sorry even though he was the one who bumped into me. He could step on me, rip me apart, and choke me and frankly, I would thank him.

And yet instead of doing what my heart wanted, instead of going away into the night with him, y words were the opposite of what I had wanted to say, ad when his beautiful brows were raised at me, daring me to do shit, I knew I had fucked up.

"I should be asking you the same, is something wrong with your brain cells?" He asked, or rather bit back at me, and there was something about his voice, and the raspy vibrations that came off of his lips.
