Chapter 487: The Necessary 'Evil'

"We'll be okay, Zaire, you worry too much," Alanor said and his brother just looked at him like he was insane. 

However, a part of him was worried too. He just didn't know whether showing it to his skeptical twin would make the situation any better. Maybe they would see what the outcome was and then decide on whether this was acceptable to them or not, right?

"Alright, let's get on with it," Ulrike said, the worry in his voice so clear. 

He was aware of what his beast could do and it wasn't going to be a pretty sight if they were on opposite sides. He knew that there was danger looming around and he knew that it wasn't going to be something that he could move past easily. 

But maybe their beasts coming out would be the final show that they were ready to go back into the battlefield, one last time.
