Chapter 85: Their Last Family Meal

"Rise and shine!" Zelina shouted as she pulled the warm blanket off of Alanor. The day everyone in the midlands had been anticipating for weeks was finally here and while she knew she didn't need a mate, she needed Alanor to go to the ceremony and unwind.

She wanted the young Wynter to get a breath of fresh air, instead of hiding from his reality by staying in Greroth on such an important day. Granted, Alanor didn't care for the ceremony, but they needed him out there.

He was twenty-five and was supposed to know of the factions, not just because he was a beast of the midlands, but because he was a young lycan, who needed to interact with people like him. He needed a reality away from the witches of Greroth ad the ceremony was the genesis of it all.
