Chapter 72: The Questionable Realm [1]

The midlands was quiet, something that occurred in the hours past midnight. It was expected because the creatures from all the factions and the humans would get some rest in the hope that the day that followed would be a good one.

As the lands slept, there were but four people who couldn't get the rest everyone was having. They couldn't sleep, and this wasn't the first night that this was happening to them.

Two of the four could say they were heartbroken, because of their broken mate bond, and that was expected considering it was hard to deal with a broken heart.

However, three of the four were trapped in a similar cycle. A nightmare that haunted them. And the worst part of it all, was that they had no clue about it. They had no idea what was happening to them.
