Chapter 245: Battling the old man

It's been quite some time since he had last heard his voice, but Shingi couldn't forget it that easily. He could detect the aura of Mikhail's daughter changing as it became tenser. He also noticed that her wounds were closing as she moved forward, moving away from the Golem and Sinhunter.

Instead of charging towards him, the Golem moved towards Shingi and gave him Sinhunter before disappearing. 

"Been some time since you made an appearance. It started thinking you forgot about me." [Shingi]

Syra hadn't mentioned Mikhail monitoring them these past few days, which meant either he stopped doing so or they knew he was doing so.

Or at least that was what Shingi thought to be the only case before talking to the female mage. She mentioned that Mikhail wouldn't like to learn about his return, meaning he knew about the Maze accident.

'It seems like he can't monitor me outside the Tower. It is good to know.' [Shingi]
