Chapter 15 Short Chapter (Again)
It took me a while to convince my mom and my friends to let me go to this magic school. I had to promise go visit every weekend via shadow exchange and write letters daily to convince them.
They quickly accepted that there is a magic school located in Britain. I mean gods and monsters are real and walk among mortals, why cant magic be real?
"Who's homeworks *sob* and test am I gonna copy off?" Percy asked me while sobbing.
I put my hand on his shoulder and said to him seriously.
"Study."
This got him to cry even more.
Ever since grade 1 he had been dependent on me during test and always copied my homework. Now that I'll be gone he'll have to actually study to pass.
I didn't have to worry about my mom being lonely because Tristan and Piper will always be around and I will always visit during weekends.
Katie and Piper were a little sad that I wont always be here but they easily cope with it since we only frequently see each other on weekends since we go to different schools.
When the fact that I'm going to a magic school started to sink in they started to get a bit jealous. I mean who wouldn't? I get to go to a magic school while they go to a normal one.
"Maannn I wish I could go to a magic school. I bet that would be fun." Percy said dejectedly.
"Me too." Katie said.
"Yeah." Piper said.
The three of them was sulking in the corner having gloomy aura around them.
I couldn't help but feel bad.
Anyway it says here in another part of the letter that someone would come fetch me in a few days and help me with getting the stuff I need for school and explain about the wizarding world. It didn't say who would come though.
A few days passed me, Piper, Katie and Percy were playing monopoly and I was winning with my mom and Tristan at the kitchen preparing lunch when I suddenly felt a pressure coming towards our location.
I stood up and brought out my daggers while the others looked at me funny.
"Katie! Piper! Go get mom and Tristan and go with my shadows. They'll shadow travel you to Camp. Dont come back until we tell you! Got it?" I told them with authority.
Obviously shocked and confused Percy asked me whats going on.
"Someone strong is coming. I can feel his mana capacity is slightly larger than mine." I told them seriously.
They wanted to argue but I gave them a glare which made them shut up.
Seeing(fearing) my serious look (glare) they didn't argue and went to the kitchen to get mom and Tristan leaving me and Percy infront the front door.
We were both armed and ready to attack anything that crashes through that door. With most of my shadows behind us while the others along with Manda is with the others to protect them.
*Ding Dong*
I heard the doorbell ring.
'Well atleast this monster has manners' I thought.
I motioned one of my shadows an empousa to open the door and when she did we saw a smiling old man with a long beard and blue pointy hat and blue robes smiling at us with mischief twinkling in his eyes.
"He looks like a wizard." Percy muttered beside me which caused me to realize that he's the wizard that would help me and he wasn't here to harm me.
I face-palmed and groan embarrassed on how I over reacted.
'His large mana scared me into thinking he was a dangerous monster. Demigod life is really getting to me and making me paranoid. ' I thought with a chuckle while retrieving all my shadows into my shadow and calling the other to get down and that it safe.
He looker directly at me as if not bothered about our weapons or the shadows that was around us.
He gave me a grandfatherly smile and introduced himself.
"How are you Mr. Smith, Son of Hades. I am Albus Dumbledore, Legacy of Hecate and Headmaster of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardy." He said all that with a smile which to me looked very scary.
'How did he know who my father is? Well maybe he figured it out when he saw my shadows? The heck is a legacy? Hecate? Isn't she the Titaness of Magic?' thought's ran around my head and I didn't realize I was panicking for no reason. Monster's know who my godly parents is all the time.
I was pulled out of my thoughts when Dumbledore started to speak again.
"Lemon drop?"He asked with the same grandfatherly smile.
