Thoughts swirled around my head like an endless torrent.

Drowning in the darkness.

Water was like a burning sensation of flames as I got dragged down in the whirlpool.

Slowly sinking down to... where?

I don't know.

The space seemed endless.

It has no beginning and it has no end.

I couldn't tell space and time from my mind.

As I drift off in the darkness, the more I got consumed by it. 

As time passed by, I learned to accept it.

It was my home.

It is my home.

I told to myself over and over.

But no matter how much I tried to escape in that never ending void, I couldn't.

As no light passed through. I was there, stuck in that endless limbo.

"Hey man, you good?" A loud annoying voice just entered my mind as I opened my eyes.

"Deprived of sleep." I quickly replied as I couldn't bother to hold on a conversation. 

I walked through that small gates that held countless people.
