Watching him in the crowd was Cosette, she looked equally nervous. When she had gotten home and asked her mother about what had happened Eliard had no answer. For once, her mother had looked surprised. Cosette had thought that perhaps, Eliard would have a hand in this ploy. Yet, she had not schemed this and as Eliard's bright blue eyes looked across the room to try and meet the Emperor's, his were focused on the main protagonist for the day.

"Shall you start questioning him?" Jenoix asked, turning to Asterias with a smile before bowing gracefully in front of the Emperor.
