Chapter 71: Dinner ( III )

Aris glanced towards his sister, a slight frown on his face. She hadn't touched any of her food. He knew that Lumielle worried and doted on him but the same was to be said about his sister. Aris worried about her. Shouldering all the burdens upon her back and acting as if none of them bothered her. She didn't like telling him things. He had noticed that he needed to pry the truth out of her lips.

"Father," Lumielle asked turning to Eldrige, "Are we expecting two more guests?"
