XiaoMeeHee I read a comment today that Grandfather Xiang and Mu Chenyan are hypocrites. If Xiang Weimin and Xiang Wai didn't reach out to them, they could have done it too.
So, I wrote this chapter to give a very clear perspective of what Grandfather Xiang and Mu Chenyan had been doing. They never abandoned the siblings. They never meant to. I think I dropped these small hints even in the previous chapters but since some people didn't get the hints, I had to clear it in this chapter in detail.
While it's true that Grandfather Xiang and Mu Chenyan spent a lot of time on Raelle, that does not mean they are hypocrites who don't love the other two at all.
Sorry for the ranting, I might have been slightly irked by that comment and couldn't help ranting about it.
