Selena was still standing on the balcony when her cell phone rang. Judging by the name listed in the call, the name of someone he loves and always calms his heart.

"Assalamualaikum, father," Selena said with a smile.

Mr. Handoko, who was on Selena's cellphone screen, smiled at the girl who could always stir his soul.

"Waalaikumsalam, dear." Selena blushed when she got an affectionate call from Handoko.

"Why is your face sullen?"

"I miss dad."

"He's Mr. Gordon, Matt's father and also my mother's ex-husband."
