And that's not all but the last two drones were created by Tony Stark as an prototypes of advance Drone that would have won US the war on Iraq if five of each was used during that time."

Mewtwo built the Spacial Disruption Quad; that look more like a Quadpadle robot from WarMachine™.
Not that he care cause he built it to look like the Alpha Alien from movie of manga series called 'Edge of Tomorrow' but the design wasn't practical, so all the major structure of the 'Alpha' had to be modified that it could function in proper sense unlike the older chunnibyou version.
All of this was possible because of some kind Government that had sent welcome gift to their doorstep when they first got displaced on this planet, to which Mewtwo pray and shows gratitude on daily course.

Riolu, who had just finish his warm up exercise by doing a lap around the island was slightly winded, as he did the warm up as in he ran on his top speed in full concentrations; which was stunningly was enough to generate an air drag that as of result not only shook near by plants but also the trees as if a storm just pass by.
Now, he was resting near their overly ridiculous home, if you ask Riolu to describe their abode.
