Ezra's POV

After the discussion with my father, my uncle came down, and we all talked for a few hours, they let me in on the details of the guy and showed me a picture of him.

He was in his early forties, tall, pudgy, brown hair and eyes with a scar on his chin, and I memorized every inch of his face.

I told my father and Orson about the news articles and how I decided to date Zander. My uncle was smiling from ear to ear.

My dad protested saying it was more dangerous for both of us, but in the end, he said if it made me happy, then he was happy.

He also swore that he would give him the fatherly talk, and I laughed saying don't worry, I could kick his ass with one hand if he hurts me.

This is all new to me, but I wanted it, I wanted him. Now, with my family's blessing, I could have it all.

I text Zander to let him know I was staying the night and I will be on the plane in the afternoon.
