Chapter 101: small chick

Meg was sitting on the sofa eating popcorn while watching movies. She had that carefree and casual look as if it was her own house. Just then she heard the doorknob open.

When she turned she found Asbeel coming out. His speed will look normal to other eyes, but she could see the urgency in them. Just then the little girl followed him. 

Meg raised a brow. Did they have a couple of quarrel in the middle of the night? She looked at them as they moved towards the hall.

"What are you doing here?" asked Asbeel and Meg laughed out loud.

"Singles like me are lazing around, watching movies. But what a couple is doing in the hall in the middle of the night?" she asked, raising a brow.

Asbeel just ignored her but the same question was in the mind of Angela also, "yes, Asbeel what happened why did you come out suddenly." she asked, confused.
