Chapter 3
McKenzie's P.O.V
I wake up and try to look around but my blue mask is in the way blocking out the bright yellow sun, why is it yellow can't it be like dark red or something less bright. I got out of my comfortable silk bed and step unto my blue fluffy rug then I wore my blue fluffy slippers made out of some really soft silk and not itchy stuff and went to my marble bathroom and looked in the mirror which is a whole wall to be exact and twirled around in my pink sleepwear and stopped to twirl my hair.
"Who is as beautiful as me ?" I ask my reflection and I smile in satisfaction with how amazing I look this early
"Who is so gorgeous?" I ask and reply myself "me"
"Mmm..... fierce" and fluttered my eyelashes and then I noticed something, I had a bruise at the back of my knee, that stupid bitch Stephanie, but it wasn't that noticeable- I'll just cover it with make up- then I went to my shower and looked at the little blinky lights that blink all shades of blue-I'm obsessed with the color alright- then I take my shower and do my morning routine.
After I was done with my shower, I dried off and went to pick out my outfit- an azure blue dress that passed my mid thigh by one inch, my 4inch heels with my blue bracelet, black necklace, diamond ring and my royal blue Prada bag and used make up to cover the bruises and did my face make up to match my outfit's vibe, wore my clothes and sprayed my 2 favorite of Chanel perfumes- my mom does business with them then I went downstairs for breakfast and Lucy made a veggie salad I ate it and went to school.
When I got to math I saw Stephanie smirking I wonder why, today is Xavier and I's date. I know he probably doesn't think of it that way but I do, she might've planned something to make today go wrong. I pass her seat and glare at her but she turns and looks at me so I quickly switch my glare from her and to Brenda a nerd-we are the only 3 in class now.
Stephanie says "why didn't you come yesterday"
"I'm pretty sure I did you bitch, you kicked me in the shin! It left a damn bruise too" I say and flip my hair off my shoulders
"I'll make sure Xav doesn't come on your date, when is that?.... oh yeah today" she smirks
Then Leah came into the class and looked at Stephanie's victorious face and my shocked one
"What did you do Steff?" she asked while Stephanie smiled and shrugged "spill" Leah said and plopped into the seat next to her
Stephanie told her what happened at a point Leah chuckled, looked at me and glared so I glared back at her and flipped her off... soon enough students walked into the class and the teacher came in as soon as the bell rang.
The teacher started rambling about the quadratic formulae " the quadratic formulae uses the "a", "b" and- why are you just coming into class Xavier? Didn't you hear the bell ring?" and tried to raise one eyebrow up but failed miserably
"I had to- do- someth-ing- impor-tant" he said while panting for breath making him look 1000 times hotter if that's possible. then he looks around for somewhere to sit and the only available seat was next to me so he walked up and said "hey McKenzie"
I smiled, he's so nice "hello Xavier" I replied and he smiled and looked forward then licked his lips- that was sooo.... hot
*AFTER MATH CLASS*
He packed his stuff while I stared at him, he looked at me while I smiled and pointed to my pen "can you help me get it, this dress kinda restricts my movement" he smiled and I blushed- internally of course, what would people think if my face was to turn red or pink, that would be super embarrassing
"Here" he said and gave me the pen
"Thanks Xavier" I picked my bag and walked out of the class
Linn and Brianna meet me on the way. Linn has a wide smile on her face and she walks faster to get to me
"So I said yes to Arthur and we're going out on Saturday, you guys would help me pick out my outfit right? I hope we don't go to anywhere with a lot of food, I don't wanna embarrass myself or feel like a huge blob throughout"
"Of course we'd help you, is that even a question? And I'm sure you'd be able to hold yourself back lol, it's not like you eat that much anyway" Brianna replies
"Hope it goes well with you guys, you seem to like him" I eye her from the side of my eye
"Uh-uhm he just seems nice! That's all! No ulterior motive or whatever!" Linn retorts
"Sure thing baby girl" I chuckle
