Chapter 145: Overcoming the trauma

"What? Why? You were so confident until now! What happened to that, huh?" I asked, as Fu Yan curled herself under a tree. It really seemed like the confidence she had was totally sucked out at that point.

"I… I was. But right now, I'm not. I don't know. I just don't know why I'm feeling like this. I just can't. I just don't wanna go into that place." She looked extremely frightened as she uttered those words. 

I wonder how much she had to suffer in that place for her to feel like this. I believe it's her trauma affecting her. Even though she did show the courage to tackle the trauma, it isn't that easy to do it as you can see. I can't blame her though. It's natural. It just can't be helped.
