Chapter 133: God

"What in the world is this shite all about?" Goldy asked as he flipped through the book multiple times. No matter how many times he did that, the answer to his question remained the same. He was simply asked to believe.

"Well, it's pretty clear, isn't it? You have to believe and apparently you're not… Or, you had a false alarm. It's either one of those." Xue shrugged as she said that.

"Hey, that's freaking unfair! I don't even know what I have to believe in. This is such a bullshite statement!" He was fuming as he tried throwing the book into oblivion, but Xue's timely stoppage saved the book from its incineration.

"Just… believe in God, maybe?" She asked.

"Yea, yea. Believe in the guy that I'm about to fight against after getting into the ancient realm. Surely, he'll be happy about that intrusion and let me in with open arms." Goldy basically mocked that statement.
