"Let's just get this over with, shall we?" Disciple Ling suddenly spoke as she retrieved her sword.

"Aren't you going to introduce yourself too?" Yuan asked her.

"And what are you going to do with such information? It's not like we'll ever meet again." 

"Is that so…" Although he didn't like her attitude, Yuan didn't care about it either. After all, this will most likely be their first and last meeting.

The guard cleared his throat and said, "Then the rules are as followed. The two of you will fight each other until one of you either loses consciousness or dies. This arena is being protected with an Immortal Array, so you won't truly die even if you die as long as you are on this platform."

He then turned to look at Yuan and said, "If you lose this fight, you will not be able to challenge the Gates of Heaven again until 1 whole year has passed. Do you understand?"

"I understand."
