Chapter 67: hostage
"Blake comes storming into the room, i jump up and go to him, he is shaking "what? what is it? i ask , Blake, is white as a sheet and seems to be struggling to speak then his word come out so low i struggle to hear "dead....he wants you all dead", by now everyone has realized something is wrong and is crowding around us both "Then we need to fight " sam practically yells "What "everyone questions at once before they start argueing amongst themselves "i won't have my Angel getting hurt" Jimmy says before Simon yells "nor my Ellie" "look i don't want them getting hurt either, do you honestly think i want Lina in all this , but the truth is she is in all this we all so do we try to fight our way out or just roll over and die?" sam says stunning everyone into silence, "Blake, whats his plan" Sam asks Blake slowly looks up and says almost like a robot "you all have to die one by one you will be forced to stand and watch a im the one who will kill you in an order of my fathers choosing " we are all stund into silence before Blake shakes his head takes my hand and says "sams right we need to fight i will not kill any of you" before he smiles at me kisses me then looks at sam "we need to talk Simon you too, we need a plan, that prick will not touch my woman ".
After what feels like hours Blake, Sam and Simon come and join us women on the beds , Blake pulls me by the hand indicating that he wants to talk to me alone so i get up and follow him "hey baby" he whispers while brushing his hand down my face "im gonna get some weapons to you all, sam will fill you in on whats going on , keep the hair clip i gave you on you at all times nobody but me and Ellie knows you have it and i want it to stay that way and i want a promise it will be on you at all times? " with tears in my eyes i nod my head "say it" Blake says "i promise " i whisper "good now kiss me because i gotta go before they start looking for me " Blake smiles so i kiss him like im never going to see him again and within the blink of an eye he is gone, so without a word to anyone i lay on a bed as far away from the others as possible and cry myself to sleep.
A hand over my mouth and a knife to my throat startle me awake, i can't see there face because it's too dark but i know it is female "shhhhh come and if you make a sound i will slit your throat" she whispers, she leads me to the back of the room where there is a toilet and another door which we all assumed was a broom cupboard, its the broom cupboard door that she opens and to my surprise its turns out not to be a broom cupboard but another room and im even more surprised when i turn and see the person who has a knife to my throat is the president's wife Melanie.
"Hi sweetie," she says when she sees my stunned face "so tell me how long have you been seeing my son" i just stare at her in fear before anger takes over "Don't you dare even think of touching Blake, he's mine and ill kill anyone who tries to harm him" "shhhhhh ok, ok deer calm down before you wake the others, Blake is safe and as long as i have breath in my body he always will be, i just needed to see the girl who captured his heart for myself, and now i have, oh and a word of warning be on your guard Carson is a snake in the grass nobody truly knows his plans "then she smiles and turns as she gets to the door she looks at me again "ohhh and good luck" then she turns and leaves leaving me speechless.
