Chapter 58: packing
I stumble into camp barely being able to see through the tears , Sam ,Lina , Jasmine and Angel all rush to me but i just stumble through them not even looking at any of them but i grab Sams hand and drag him with me toward my tent "Lissa what is it whats wrong ?" i try to open my mouth but nothing comes out so i try again and all i can manage is a sob so i just push the note into Sams hand ,he looks down at it and frowns before starting to read ,with each word his eyebrows raise higher and higher before he looks at me then says "you and Blake?" i nod "and do you believe he's telling the truth that we need to leave again i nod then hand him the bag of money ,he looks in it and gasps "ok if you trust him then ill trust him ,that means we have to pack up and move now look Lissa i know your upset but we haven't got time can you hold it together for a little while so we can get moving?" i nod "good get your stuff together ,ill sort everything else ,oh and Lissa its going to be ok " he gives me a hug and kisses my forehead before turning to leave.
Once I have packed all my things I leave my tent and see all the commotion of everyone else packing up, we leave most things behind and just take what we can carry, I see Lina and Jasmine look over to me but we don't have time to talk so they just smile and carry on with their tasks of packing up , i head to the chickens "hey " Danlow says "i was just collecting what eggs i can to take with us , what are you doing here?" i look at him and smile " i was coming to release them back into the wild, they have given us eggs so its the least we can do " "yeah i guess " Danlow replies "you ok? " "yeah " come on he says holding out his hand to me which i take and he pulls me to him and hugs me "i guess its time for us to move on, knew it would happen sooner or later , but we are all together that's the main thing right?" i look up at him and smile then nod"right," i say then we both set off back to the main camp "wait," i say looking at Danlow who just looks down at me with raised eyebrows "wolf," i say "oh ok i don't really like the guy but ill go get him" "no," i say "ill go" "you sure" "yeah, ill be back in a bit , oh and Danlow " "yeah" "love you," i say and blow him a kiss, he just giggles and waves as i head to the edge of the woods to find wolf.
getting to the edge of the woods im horrified by what i see in front of me.
