Chapter 706: Chapter – 699 A New Member?

Simultaneously, another puppet—this one embodying the Patriarch of the Kaguya Clan—on the ground suppressed Akame, Hana, as well as the other Anbu.
Just when everyone thought Rabbit was about to meet his end, both puppets abruptly stopped. The reason was Sasori's attention being drawn towards the giant white bird rapidly approaching them.
"It doesn't seem to be someone we already know, but that particular cloak, and that mask with a different pattern yet similar style… no doubt about it, a member of Amatsukami!" Sasori exclaimed as he identified the newcomer.
In today's shinobi world, if there is anyone who can unilaterally attract the attention of the Akatsuki Organization, it is undoubtedly Amatsukami. Standing atop the Explosive Clay bird, she looked back with a frowned expression. Observing the summoned bird rapidly closing in, she couldn't help but think, "Hiruko is dead. This summon bird was artificially created by Hiruko. Who would have thought that even after his death, there is still someone who can control this bird to such an extent?"
The chase continued for a while, and as the separation between the two lessened, she could clearly see the playful smirk on Sasori's face. "You can run all you want, but you'll never escape!" He instructed the bird to fire explosive feathers towards the Explosive Clay bird.

The explosive feathers moved with such speed that the clay bird had no opportunity to dodge the attack. She had no choice but to abandon the Explosive Clay bird and jump off it, muttering, "Tch."
Boom! Boom! Boom! BOOOOOOM!
As soon as she leaped off the Explosive Clay bird, a series of small explosions occurred due to the explosive feathers, followed by the massive explosion of the clay bird.

Sasori covered his face with his hand and laughed loudly, "You know, you may have covered your body with the cloak and mask of Amatsukami… but with that peculiar jutsu that you use, do you really think that I don't recognize you?!"
