Chapter 227: In The Underground Basement

Dominic and Rosalie came down and people started to congratulate them. 

"Congratulations to both of you," Anna said as she stood in front of the couple. 

Rosalie has a sweet smile on her lips and Dominic also forced a smile. Anna noticed something was off about his smile but she brushed it off. The ceremony was quick and now everyone was out to celebrate. Anna was sitting at the table and was trying to call Lucian.

Suddenly Anna felt someone pulling the hem of her dress. She turned around and saw a little boy around the age of six to seven was standing behind her chair.

"Hey.." Anna looked at him and guided him to the front. His clothes were dirty and torn. 

"For you." The boy said and gave her a blue rose. Anna was shocked. She took it hesitantly and asked the boy.

"Who gave it to you?" But in reply, the boy ran away and then curled his fingers and signaled her to follow him.
