As my son walked out, I just stood there with tears streaming down my face as my heart was cut in half. Mu Kai then walked over and wrapped his arms around me. He consoled me for a few moments and then I broke our embrace, walked over to the barstool, and poured a glass of wine. All I can do right now was drinking the alcohol to get over the truth.
And Mu Kai paced back and forth across the room as the air was thick with tension and silence.
"Mama. Papa. I was so disappointed with the two of you are happy. So I hope you were happy with this," Ruo Ruo snapped as she got up and put Zhen Zhen down in his playboard.
"Don't you see the look of pity face on Sheng Lia?"
"Still Ruo Ruo. What he did was a stupid thing?" Mu Kai raised his voice as Ruo Ruo question us.
So I placed my hand on my head to try and control the tears that were once again steadily rising up in my eyes.
