After gathering so much courage finally, qilu decided to come out. He opened his closet where he was hiding. He came downstairs and walked towards jia where she was sitting.
"Come here Mr. baby boy," jia said sarcastically. Qilu stood in front of her like an army soldier who is reporting to his captain.
"What you were doing in my kitchen?"
"I-I- "Qilu stuttered
"WHAT? I am not gonna bite you or gonna suck your blood. I am just confused were you cooking or reading shoujo manga comic book in the kitchen or don't tell me you were cooking while reading manga?"
"I-I is that comic book is with you?"qilu inquired
"Woah you messed up my kitchen here I should be one to ask you question instead of answering me you are inquiring me in return, yes I do have your comic with me so what? since when you started to read 'SHOUJO' manga?"
"DAMN! baby qilu you are doomed for sure if she got to know that I was reading manga in which a normal girl fell for a bad vampire then she will gonna kill me you bast*rd qilu"qilu was cursing himself inwardly
"Are you here planning to strip in front of me?"jia asked sarcastically.
After hearing Jia's words qilu's face turned red like tomato "Ma-Master how can I even think about it"
"Then what are you daydreaming about? not even answering to my single question? Answer me before I get hella mad "jia asked
"I was just reading manga. In that manga, the protagonist girl is a slave and to impress her master she bakes a cake and his master got impressed so I was just trying to bake a cake for you but I end up by messing up everything I'm really sorry" qilu explained everything in just one breath.
Silence fell in the room
After hearing qilu's explanation Jia's lips twitched she got touched that even though their relationship is really complicated even though he is just a blood slave for her and she is her Master still he is soo attached with her he always tries to make her happy never let her feel lonely she always used think that she is just using him for her greed she used to think that she is a bad and selfish vampire "Is he dumb? why he never blames me when I drink his blood? ugh, this feeling? why am I soo attached with him? why am I happy when he said he wanted to impress me?"
Qilu was quietly standing and observing Jia's facial expression qilu couldn't bear this silence to break the silence qilu said"Are you already impressed by my words? cause right now you are smiling like a crazy girl"
"WHO is smiling? no one is smiling I just got remember one funny joke that's why I was smiling"jia defended herself by lying
"Ohh I see"qilu nodded
"Don't forget I'm still mad at you and your punishment is I'm confiscating your this manga book"jia said
" What NO please don't confiscate it please"qilu begged while making a cute puppy face
"ok I know why you are begging but your strategy doesn't gonna work on me. I'm not gonna read this manga don't worry I'm not interested in so-called 'SHOUJO' manga but still, I will gonna confiscate otherwise who knows today you burned my kitchen tomorrow you end up by burning my whole house"jia said
After hearing Jia's words qilu got relieved at least jia not gonna read that manga "Okay then you can"qilu said
" okay then go and sleep it's already late you have college tomorrow but don't forget you owe me a punishment today I'm not in the mood that's why I didn't punished you,"jia said and winked at qilu while giving him a devilish smile
After looking at Jia's devilish smile qilu got scared and didn't even dare to stay for too long in front of jia he said"ok ok" and ran away towards his bedroom.
Looking at qilu's reaction jia chuckled "Dumb scaredy-cat" jia mumbled
*Present*
....That's what happened
"haha what a cute food" li rong chuckled.
"I know right he is cute but still annoying," jia said
"Wait wait hey you are calling him " CUTE" am I dreaming? The great ice block jia is calling someone cute?" Li rong said in a disbelief
"Wh-who is calling cute to whom no one is calling cute to anyone you must have heard wrong" jia stuttered and defended herself otherwise she knows li rong will gonna tell qilu that I called him cute and then they both gonna tease her.
Li rong laughed and said "ok you didn't said anything I just heard wrong now let me go and take a shower otherwise we will get late"
After 30 minutes Li rong came to the downstairs and said "ok let's go I'm ready"
jia was waiting in the hall while sitting on the sofa and scrolling her phone lazily the moment jia heard the soft voice of li rong she looked up and saw a beautiful lady. Li rong has worn a simple white shirt and black pencil skirt reach till her knees with black stilettos her dress was simple but still, her red hairs with white shirt were making her look perfect
"hello? " Li rong asked while waving her hand in front of Jia's face "what are you daydreaming?"
"Ah nothing it's just I can't take off my eyes from you, you are looking gorgeous" jia blurted
"shall we go now?" Li rong asked indifferently while not paying attention to Jia's compliment
"oh yeah let's go," jia said
In-office
Li rong was working on her computer and jia was lazily playing a game in her phone
jia sighed and said "omg I'm so bored,"
Li rong replied "seems like our vice president is free, don't have work? shall I give you?"
Jia heaved a deep sigh and said "today I'm not feeling to do any work I wanna do something mischief or adventurous"
Li rong took a glance at jia and said"do whatever you wanna but don't drag me with you"
Jia remembered something and stood up excitedly from the sofa "I get it"
Li rong frowned and asked "what?"
Jia came closer to li rong and crossed her hands in front of her chest and replied "let's go to the qilu's college and scare him"
Li rong got astonished and asked "do you even have college id? or uniform? how you will gonna enter ?"
Jia gave her a mischievous smile and said "I already have 3 girls uniforms and id of his college I always wanted to visit human college since you know I'm graduated from vampire college so I have already prepared extra uniform and id for me but I never visited his college cause of you" jia pouted
Li rong asked "why me? what did I do?"
Jia pouted and said "cause you always make me work and I never get free time"
"then right now what you are doing? You are free, go and visit your food's college" li rong said
"Nope I wanna go with you, let's go together and watch some handsome fresh boys yummy"jia excitedly said
" no, I don't wanna go that's annoying especially your food he always butters me and talks sweetly so that whenever in future you will get mad at him then I can negotiate with you" li rong blurted out
"hey come on are you even my best friend?" jia started to whine
looking at Jia's expression li rong shook her head helplessly and said "fine I'm going with you but promise me you won't gonna create any problem there"
"yes I promise I won't gonna create any problem there I will just gonna do mischief," jia said
"hey doing mischief means creating problem what do you mean?" Li rong said with a confused face
"I promised you that's it now let's go," jia held her hands and said
