Chapter 425: Walpurgis Night (1)

Along the dimly lit hall, a figure in a black robe was quickly walking, staying close to the wall so she could blend in the darkness while trying to avoid making noises that would alert someone. She was about to sneak off, running away from her bodyguards who never left her side and stayed guarding even when she slept.

Even so, despite her careful attempt, with terrible luck, she met someone.

"Where are you headed off to, Lady Estelle?"

Estelle froze, holding her robe tight as she turned to face the owner of the voice.

"High priest...I…I want to go to the Herman Manor..."

The High priest frowned. "The Herman Manor? I heard there is a party there today. Do you wish to attend?"

Estelle shook her head. "I want to see Lady Nadia. There is something...I just have a bad premonition that something terrible will happen. I…I need to see her."
