"That might work," the mayor said, "but the last time I, Anna, asked for such a quest I had to pay a very hefty price for that."

Bloom's heart fell when he heard that. "How much would this cost me?" he asked while gazing at Tondel who had a big grin over his face.

"At least a million gold coins," Anna said after a moment of pause.

"A… million?!!" even for Bloom this was an extravagant price.

"Indeed it's quite pricey," she warned, "for me it might rival the total price of buying the land and preparing the materials and hiring the workers…"

She started listing a long list of requirements that would take another million off his pocket. "So you are saying I'll have to prepare two million gold coins to be able to build the guild?" he asked after she finished.
