Chapter 3: Chapter Three

Lorien cursed loudly as he padded into his flat, shutting the door behind him.

He had just finished a 5 hour shift at the café, and Delano had invited him over for supper.

Lorien in all honesty, didn't want to go, but he figured it would be better to go there, than have to cook his own supper.

He couldn't cook for shit.

He had a quick, cool shower before slipping into a pair of black skinny jeans and a white sheer shirt, styling his jet-black hair and pulling on a pair of boots before running out.

Turns out, Delano moved into apartment 25, a coincidence in Lorien's head which he chose to ignore.

Apartment 25 was four doors down from his, and he couldn't really complain about anything as he smelt the heavenly sniffles of mint.

He raised his white knuckle and patted it against the large door, stepping back as he awaited the doors open.

When it did, he was greeted by a dopey Delano, in a chefs apron which read I ain't got no type, "Welcome, come in." he said, moving aside, allowing him to step in.

Lorien stepped in and allowed his eyes to scan the secondary pair of shoes resting next to Delano's Chelsea boots.

He was going to conclude that they were a second pair of Delano's, but in the one week he spent with the boy, he knew that those shoes would never touch his small feet.

So instead, he concluded, Delano doesn't live alone.

"You can go and take a seat in the lounge, supper is almost ready."

Lorien was snapped out of his thoughts as the boy spoke, smiling at him, "Course', when you're ready or need help, just call me." he said.

Delano smiled a dimply smile and trotted over to the kitchen.

Lorien pulled his hands out of his pockets and walked into the lounge, his feet immediately pausing when he saw a second person seated on the couch.

The boy, reminded Liam of another one.

It was heaven and hell at the same time.

His eyes were a forest green, hiding silently underneath his long eyelashes. The boys hair was sitting softly against his shoulders, the brown shining in the light.

He was wearing a black button up, and a pair of black skinny jeans, outlining his skinny legs.

His upper frame was covered by a button-up shirt, which was only buttoned up three buttons.

He was tall, his legs lanky and enticing, tattoo's scattered carelessly across his left arm, a small, single one on his right.

His hands were clad with rings as he fiddled with them, his eyes glued to the telly.

His face showed hatred, something which made Lorien strike a thought to Jonah.

Their faces portrayed the exact same emotion.

He watched as the man pulled his arms over his head, standing up and going to the room without so much as a second glance to Lorien.

Lorien, being bold, decided to follow him, his small feet making no noise as he patted down to the brown door.

He slowly pushed it open, and gasped as he looked around.

There was an unmade bed, scattered clothing, and a heavy smell of cigarettes.

Lorien suddenly jumped backwards as his eye caught the large lad in the corner of the room, staring curiously at him, "Don't do that." he stated, holding a hand to his chest.

The lads curious look suddenly turned into one of anger, "Don't tell me what to do." he growled out, and began pacing towards Lorien, basically towering over his own small frame.

Lorien was momentarily blinded by the mans rough, deep voice, slightly turned on.

It sounded as if he had been smoking joint after joint.

He stumbled backwards as he felt the man place his large hands on either side of his head, blanketing him against the wall.

The mans features hardened and anger glistened his eyes as Lorien placed his small hands on his chest.

A few seconds later, he ripped Lorien's hands of his chest, shoving him roughly, "Get out!" he yelled.

Lorien's head ran at a peculiar speed as he attempted to put the pieces together.

Suddenly, he felt a hand on his elbow and he opened his eyes, now seeing the man shoving past Delano, who was pushing him out.

Delano scowled at Lorien, "Leave." he said as he closed the mans door.

Lorien opened his mouth, but was shut when Delano threw him a glare that would have sent him six feet under if possible.

He nodded and left the apartment, trotting into his own as he sighed heavily, forest green eyes embedded into his own mind.
