A week later
Up in sky inside the flying ship above the east blue ocean. Dann is reading the newest newspaper and found the new stacks of bounty posters inside it.
When he looks at them he found his wanted poster among them. When he sees it he suddenly laughing and rolling on the ship floor while grinning like a madman.
(his personality changed since he stole so many powers from sea kings, marines and pirates. Basically he turns a little bit crazy just like harley queen but not so crazy like joker)

'i guess i deserved to be called pervert since basically i kidnapped their officer Captain Hina and raping her non stop for 5 days straight and return her to the marine hq naked' he thought.
He also stole all of her fighting knowledge but ignoring her lifespans and her devil fruit power since he doesn't want to kill her.
"i guess she needs to start from the scratch again in order to continue her work as a marine. Since her power is now like a civilian with a devil fruit" he said.
He then fly over to his flying islands and start rearranging them to his style. He also plans to take some islands on calm belt including the first island when he first arrived at this world.
He plans to go to marry goise soon after finishing his task on the flying islands. He wants to create a perfect holiday island first for himself.

At whitebeard ship
Marco : "Pops look at this!"
Whitebeards : "gurarararara... A new powerhouse is messing with the marines"
Marco : "who is he pops?"
Whitebeards : "don't care as long as he doesn't mess with my family"

Katakuri : "be careful! I've got a bad feeling about him"

Shanks : "i have a feeling this new guy will bring a change in to this world"
Yassop : "let's hope he's fun and easy going so we can party together"
Shanks : "let's party!!! Bring out all the beers!"

Sengoku : "as far as we know that pervert thief has shiki's power and godly defence"
Tsuru : "don't forget about Hina's condition. She somehow forget about all of her fightings knowledge"
Garp : "kress kress yumm yumm kress kress yumm yumm gulp"
Sengoku : "yes, but that man already got shiki's power so i don't think he can take any other powers since hina still has her devil fruit power. As for her lost fighting knowledge i think she just suffer from post traumatic stress and somehow got selectif amnesia"
Kizaru : "the problem is his godly defence. My laser didn't even scratch him one bit"
Tsuru : "i think that is not from devil fruit power but from some long lost inherited legendary skill"
Sengoku : "how is the condition of akainu?"
Tsuru : "he's still recovering now"
Aokiji : "..."

Sengoku : "STOP EATING CRACKERS GARP!!"
Garp : "gulp"
Garp : "HUAHAHAHAHAHA..... When all of you attacked him together last time and still can't make a single scratch on his body. I don't think my presence will make any different"
Sengoku : "grrrr...."
Aokiji : "what are the orders from the worls government?"
Sengoku : "they told us to stay away and to put high bounty on him so the bounty hunters and pirates will deal with him"
Garp : "huahahahahahahaha.... I think the world government tries to kill those pirates and bounty hunters instead by using this man power"

Up in the sky inside a certain flying ship
Dann is now flying his ship towards the marry goise while only bringing 2 islands behind his ship.
He plans to make a statement to the world government today.
As he reach above marry goise he float down and land in the middle of the holly city.
He released his royal haki with so many will powers that cover the whole city. The effect is a huge mass black out since none are still awake after his action.
He started walking all around the city unhindered and send all the slaves, treasures, money and devil fruits he found in the city towards one of his island in the sky.
Then he start gathering all the collapsed tenryubitos in one spot and start stitching their mouth on to the ass of the next person like human centipede the movie while wearing double gloves.
So now all the tenryubitos were all naked and connected to each others by their ass and mouth. He even went further by stitching their tounges inside the next person's ass and their lips stitching all around the ass.
After he done that he start putting his initial name "D" on the foreheads of each tenryubitos with hot iron until it leaves a permanent scar on their foreheads.
These tenryubitos were so goddamn lucky since they were all passed out and none of them were awake during the whole proccess. He guess his royal haki is acting like a tranquilizers or even maybe like a morphine to them.
He regrets his actions since he wants these pigs to feel the pain but in reality not every plan is perfect. So he let it go and just to let them feel the pain when they were awake later and to taste the feces of the person whose ass connected to their tounge literally.
When he finished his tasks he start flying towards his ship and going far in the sky on top of the pangea castle. He then float one of the empty island high up on top of the pangea castle until it reach the max height.
He then move his ship and the island full of slaves and loots back to his other floating islands in east blue.
When he already got far away from the red line, he then released his power from the island on top of pangea castle and to let it fall down towards the earth with full speed.
The result he hopes is a huge explosions just like how a comet strike the moon and leave a huge scar on it's surface.
But in reality when the island hit on the pangea castle it got shredded and then the island turned to dust.
On top of pangea castle a person can be seen holding a sword and staring daggers at dann's location.
He only stare at dann's location for a while but then he turns back and got inside the castle again.
Dann is shocked trully shocked. He really underestimated the gorrosei so much. The person holding the sword back then was one of the gorrosei with bald head he read in the comic.
Since in the comic or anime the gorrosei never showed their powers so dann never really knows their true powers. He only knows that gorrosei and IM can never leave the red line or even stay far away from the pangea castle.
'If one of the gorrosei already have this much power i wonder how much more powerful IM might be?' he thought.
"better go back to east blue since at least i already gave all those tenryubitos a lessons" he muttered.
'maybe i should move my base on top of calm belt sky for safety reason. Since even with all my powers my instinct told me that those gorrosei and especially IM can kill me with their powers.' he thinks to himself
This onepiece world in this universe is really fucking weird and very scary place indeed.

Inside Pangea Castle
IM : "is it him?"
Gorrosei 1 : "yes my king!"
IM : "let the marines deal with those immatures kid at marry goise"
Gorrosei 2 : "what should we do about him?"
IM : "let him! He even helping us by destroying those poneglyps"
Gorrosei 3 : "let's hope he destroys them all!"
IM : "patience my child! Soon we will be free thanks to him. Call the marines and orders them to deal with those kids (he refers to those tenryubitos). I need to cultivate again so don't disturb me".
Gorrosei 1-5 : "yes my king!"
