At marine headquarters
Sengoku : "did you say all the island that were in shiki's control all falling down to the ocean?"
Vice admiral momonga : "yes sir! All of them falls to the ocean including all of it's people and animals."
Sengoku : "try to find any survivors and interogate them!"
V.A. momonga : "right away sir!"

'what happen to shiki? Did he lost control of his power or someone already killed him?' thought sengoku
"if someone killed him who did it?" muttered sengoku
'i need to retire soon. I don't want to deal with this kind of shit anymore.' he though
"where the hell is garp right now?" he yelled at the empty room

Dann pov
'while i'm at east blue i need to at least eat at baratie once in my lifetime' he thought.
So i fly shiki's ship which is now mine towards the baratie restaurant with full speed. While i let dozens of islands that i took with float power to floating high up in the sky following my ship.
Soon i arrived there and get out of the ship still high up in the sky and let the ship and islands park/float there and i flew down to the restaurant.

A couple hours later up in the sky
'damn that was some good foods that i ate. If only i don't respect his character from the anime i will already stole all of his cooking skill. Too bad i really like that old man'
'hmm.. Before i go to marry goise i need to visit marine headquarters first and start my plan' he thought.
So i flew my ship towards marine hq and when i got there i park the ship and islands up in the sky.
I start floating down while bringing shiki's corpse with him.
Soon after when i reach the ground many marines got a shock of their life since out of nowhere there is an unknown man dropping from the sky at the centre of marine hq while bringing a corpse on his shoulder.

At marine hq
The sound of alarms were heard all across the marine island.
Marines were running towards the centre of the island where the intruder was located.
Thousand of marines including rear admirals, vice admirals and 2 admirals (akainu and kizaru) watching this unknown man standing there with a grin on his face. I have no idea where aokiji and garp are right now.
While sengoku looking down from his window and got a shock plaster on his face. Since he knows the face of the unconciouss man on the unknown man shoulder's.
"that's shiki the golden lion" he startled
Soon after he goes down to face the unknown man.
In the mean while Akainu walk towards the man and yelled "WHO THE FUCK ARE YOU? ANY INTRUDER ON MARINE HQ MUST DIE!"
He throws his magma punch fill with haki towards the man's face.
BOOMM!!!!
Many marines thought the man was dead since he got punched right at his face from the strongest admiral in the marine.
After the dust settle down they all can see the giant magma punch still attached to the man's face but the man still has a smile plastered on his face.
Soon after they heard Akainu screaming in pain. While backing down from the unknown man while holding his broken arm.
All the marines have shocked expression on their face.
Kizaru start shooting his laser beam towards the man's face. When the laser hit him it explode and send massive shockwave all around him. When the shockwave and dust got cleared, they all can see the man still standing there with his clothes destroyed and almost naked but he still has his smile on his face and soon that smile turn in to a grin.
"is this how marines treat someone who tried to make a decent living by turning in a dead pirate for his bounty?" the man speak.
"in that case i will take the money my self in your office including for my ruined clothes. Let's say 2.5 billion bellies for this pirate bounty and another 3 billion bellies for my ruined clothes. That's a nice deal right?"
He start walking towards the marine hq office while throwing the mangled body of shiki to the nearest marine.
While he walk like walking in the park, all the marines start attacking him from a distance since they affraid to get close and ended up like akainu with a broken arm.
"STOP RIGHT THERE!" sengoku yelled in his giant budha's form and send a shockwave punch from a distance to try to stop the man walking any further.
The man keeps walking while whistling and ignoring all the commotion all around him.
He enters the office after walking through all the barricades like they were just a mere soap bubble. No ones can stop him at all. They can only watch him when the man start ransacking the office looking for money or anything valuables.
For more than 3 hours the man keep walking around in the marine hq taking every money, devil fruits and all the treasures he found in the treasure vaults of marine.
All the marines tried everything in their power to stop the man. The result was many of high ranking officers got their arms or legs broken trying to punch or kick the man even when they coated their bodies and weapons with haki. For the devil fruit marines when they try to use their devil fruit power on him, it only got reflected back towards random location or even towards the caster themselves.
The worst humilation part for the marines is that the man never fought back. All the injured marines got their damages for trying to attacked the man and injured themselves in the process.
Sengoku can only grind his teeth in annoyance when he sees the man basically ignoring all the marines and treat them like they were an empty air.
So sengoku told all the marines to stop attacking and only following the man from a distance.
When the man finished ransacking the marine hq he started putting all of his stolen goods in multiple crates. He touch all the crates and suddenly all the crates start floating. He send all the crates up in the sky until no one can see them anymore.
When sengoku saw that he muttered to him self "so he has shiki's power"
The man then start walking towards sengoku and says "thanks for the cooperation. Next time i will come again so you needs to prepare the money okay" he start walk away.
Suddenly he stop and turned around and ask "do you have any spare clothes? Or do i need to find it my self?"
Sengoku almost choke to death when he heard the man. While grinding his teeth he orders the marine near him to get a spare clothes for the man. He then ask the unknown man "what is your name?"
The man then said "my name? You can call me 'D', just one letter a capital D. Yeah that's my name"
He then start stripping and put on the new clothes and start floating and gave all the marines a grin.
When he spotted a certain some one in the marines he floated down and landed in front of a female marine captain known as Hina. He then put the shocked hina on to his shoulder like how he carry a bag of potatoes.
Hina herself suddenly feel weak just like when she touch a sea stone or got drown in the sea. All of her powers are gone and she can't fight back at all.
All the marines can't do anything to stop that man.
The man known as 'D' then said " i will take this female for a while since she is kinda hot and i want her. I will return her later in a couple of days or until i'm bored. Thanks and see you all soon"
He then start flying upwards while bringing Captain Hina on his shoulder.
All the marines can only watch in silence until the man is out of their visions.
"is this a nightmare?" random marines said to him self
"nightmare? So i was in a dream? Thanks god it's only a dream" another random marine said to no one
"what the hell happened?" some clueless marine said
Sengoku then orders an emergency meeting for all the high ranking officials in the marine.
