Chapter 97: Enjoying the View

The carriage had windows that could be closed with shutters made from wood. Currently, they were open, and the ethereal Luo Xiao was seated in front of one of them, looking out, his eyes sparkling with life and wonder.

When they had come, they had taken a teleportation array. It was not the most comfortable way to travel, but it was the fastest, and thus that was the method of transportation used back then.

Now that they were no longer in a hurry, Jiang Yao picked this way of traveling, and he too was enjoying the view - albeit another kind of view.

Since Luo Xiao started looking out the window, Jiang Yao was unable to wrest his attention away from the young man who was glowing like a shining star.
