Chapter 68: Chapter 68: Mouthful

"Oh, Chizu-chan! Did you know I'll be discharged early tomorrow?..", Satsuki's high pitched voice cheerily chimed within the white walls of her healing ward room. But between the giggles and smiles, she shot glares at the other two heavily bruised individuals inside the cramped space. As she faced her brown haired friend again, she continued to beam at her. "I'll be able to make it to the festival! Yay!!"

Chizuru smiled back at her red headed friend. "That's great news, Satsu-chan! But remember not to push yourself too much, okay?"

There was a seemingly dark corner amidst the brightly lit room. Seijurou and Jax sat beside each other quietly at the far end of the room while the two girls had their usually casual chitchat. They had not exchanged a single word with their female classmates since they arrived.

"She's completely ignoring us..", mumbled Seijurou as he stared blankly at Satsuki.
