Chapter 18: Merciless
Ben closed his eyes and spread his awareness throughout the universe to find Aggregor and he didn't have to search for long. Trying to get this conflict done with soon, he disappeared from the Forge and appeared a few meters away from his enemy in a part of the universe not close to any planets. Aggregor had his usual silhouette with four little horns and long hair but he looked just like a Celestialsapien. His whole body was completely still except for his eyes moving frantically, as if he were in pain.
"Can you hear me?" Ben asked, causing Aggregor's frantic eyes to lock on to him.
Without saying anything, the still man's eyes glowed white before Ben's body exploded into bits of flesh and bloody mist started floating.
"He-hehe...HAHAHA!" Aggregor started laughing hysterically and then disappeared from his spot, leaving an empty space with nothing but Bens shredded remains.

The crazed man teleported to Bellwood to kill the rest of the team which sealed him into the null void. He appeared right outside of Gwen and Kevin's house and started laughing as just standing on the grass caused it to wither and he immediately absorbed its life force.
"Oh Keeeeeviiiiiin…" he cooed as he walked towards the front door, his murmur causing the earth to tremble.
Right as he was about to smash his way in, he felt a strong pressure behind him. Before he could turn around, he was flung into orbit by some force.
A huge starry fist to the face took his head off but he was still conscious to notice the tall being in front of his now decapitated body.
Ben was now 4 meters tall and his entire body was as if the universe itself coalesced into a humanoid. Independent galaxies, stars, comets and much more could be seen in his body. His eyes glowed green as he stared down at Aggregor.
Before Aggregor's body reformed itself, Ben transported them to the Forge so the fight would have minimal effects on the omniverse.
"Straight to the killing, huh?" Ben's voice sent waves of force across the omniverse, causing all of the celestialsapiens across it to stop them before they could shake multiple planets.
"Well, I thought I could kill you first so I could savor my time torturi-" He stopped as he defended against a sudden attack.
He felt an overbearing pressure as he spoke and had to deflect a kick from Ben's giant foot. Not wanting to appear inferior, Aggregor made himself grow until he was the size of a small planet, completely dwarfing Ben.
Snorting, Ben immediately grew to the same size. Still in the process of digesting the power of a celestialsapien, Aggregor wasn't yet as knowledgeable in its use as Ben so he was stumped as to what to do to destroy Ben for good.
Ben couldn't care less about his opponents predicament and decided to try less physical means to defeat Aggregor.
*Hm, he's still in the process of absorbing so I could still stop it before it's complete," he thought.
He forced his mind into Aggregor's body to see the absorption rate.
*Seems he's only absorbed ⅕ of the baby's power so far*
Ben immediately forced his influence over Aggregor's body and started to reverse the process. As this was happening, the osmonian released a terrifying roar out of pain. That roar caused the entire omniverse to tremble, regardless of the protection. Noticing that the roar was about to push through the defenses and destroy some planets, Ben focused ⅓ of his power to form 'walls' for the roar to reverberate off of and to go towards something in a memory of his from not too long ago.
When that was done, he again turned all of his attention to force the baby's power out of Aggregor. It seemed to be working because his body started to shrink down to his previous height and the starry body began to fade.
He tried fighting by trying to absorb Bens energy but that didn't work in the slightest. As Ben finished extracting the energy, Aggregor went back to his normal appearance. He had pale skin and jet black hair down to his waist. He was back in his red cloak and he started to suffocate as there was no oxygen in the Forge.
Noting that the threat no longer exists, the infinite amount of celestialsapiens returned and went back to their eternal arguments, leaving a Ben in Alien X form and a quickly dying osmonian floating in space.
Taking his time, Ben slowly returned to his normal look, no regards to Aggregor's now blue face.
"I don't want you dying too soon and easy after what you tried to do," Ben sighed as he grabbed the shriveling man by the throat and teleported both of them to an abandoned planet with similar atmospheric levels to Earth.
Throwing the defeated man to the ground, Ben started rolling his shoulders and began to speak.
"Here's the deal," he started as Aggregor started gasping for air, "I'm not going to transform into any of my aliens and we're going to have a regular fist fight."
"Heh," Aggregor grunted after filling his lungs with enough oxygen, "I know you don't need to transform to use abilities anymore Tennyson. Do you know how infamous you are in the void?"
"I really don't care. Are you going to get up and fight or lay there whining? I promise to not use any powers if that will reassure you," Ben replied.
The osmonian rose to his feet and started to chuckle.
"You think I would fall for that?" He glared daggers at him, "Even if you promise, there's no way the omnitrix won't affect the fi-" he stopped as Ben removed the omnitrix from his arm and placed it behind him.
"Wha-? You...you fool...hahaha," The previously dying man laughed hysterically before lunging towards the device.
Right before he could touch it to absorb its energy, his lower back cracked as Bens elbow dropped on it.
*What? How is he this strong without the omnitrix?* he thought right before Bens foot struck his torso, flinging his body several meters away.
"I'll let you in to a little secret Aggregor as to why I don't need the omnitrix to kill your sorry ass," Ben said as he slowly walked towards the rising man.
"Every time my body is crippled or destroyed, the omnitrix would cycle through all existing DNA inside it to reform my body. I didn't know it until about a decade ago that after every time it does that, my 'original' body is now just a cumulation of all my alien transformations. I'm about 100x stronger than the strongest humans on Earth and I'm resistant to just about anything that comes my way, short of my mid-level transformations power."
Aggregor tried to run away but Ben grabbed him by the back of the head and slammed his face into the ground, breaking his nose instantly. Ben then raised Aggregor up in the air by the hair and looked at the pathetic waste of life in his hand.
"I'm already wasting my time by dealing with you so I'm just going to end it now. Any last words?"
The bloody faced man said nothing and spit blood onto Ben's face.
"I'll take that as a no," He said as he took his free hand and grabbed Aggregor's head. He quickly squeezed that hand into a fist. Aggregor's head exploded into mush as brain matter, blood, and skull fragments seeped between Ben's fingers, dripping onto the barren land below him.
Releasing a sigh, Ben walked over to the omnitrix and reattached it to his arm as he tried to calm his mind from all of the memories of similar actions he's done before. As he did that, Verdona, sensing that Aggregor died, used her Anodite powers to appear near Ben with Max. Gwen and Kevin stayed home to care for Donna and because Verdona sensed that the scene they would arrive to would scar the child.
Ben felt them arrive and used Bigchills power to phase out all the blood and other body matter covering him.
"Oh dear," the Anodite exclaimed when she saw Aggregor's dead body with a crushed head, "are you alright, sweetie?"
Ben barely heard her before his ears started pounding. Screams of terror filled his head and his vision slowly turned to black.
Max caught Ben's unconscious body and looked to his wife.
"I think it's getting to him again," Max said.
Nodding, Verdona teleported them back to Bellwood.---------

Ignatius_Artist Sorry for such a long wait. I hope you enjoyed this chapter of Ben kicking Aggregor's butt. Who do you think Ben directed the roar to? In previous chapters, I did have him mention something about going through multiple galactic wars and dealing with death so he's kind of having a PTSD moment. In the beginning of the next chapter, or the whole chapter, I'm going to do a flashback of him experiencing war and death and having to desensitize himself. It's going to be interesting to write and I'm going to do a bit more research on the topic because I don't think I expressed it that well at the end of this chapter.
