Chapter 25: Dismiss!
Time came to a halt as Zack watched on helplessly.
The divine light disappeared into the gaping maw of the viper, before it got into a comfortable position on his bed.
Zack wracked his brain as he attempted to save that item, before remembering that he could dismiss the viper. Not sure how to do so, he quickly turned around and scrambled for the scroll, only to find that it had disappeared!
He hastily yelled out a flurry of commands before one got a reaction.
<"Dismiss!">
<"This action cannot be performed right now.">
A vein on his forehead started to bulge. <"What do you mean?! Why the hell not?!">
The system remained silent at his inquiry, but the mythical radiance spreading throughout the room soon answered the question for him.
Turning around slowly with an annoyed expression, Zack watched as the viper was encompassed by a cerulean orb in a matter of moments.
