Chapter 40: Chapter 40 Plans for Kuoh
The first five episodes were enjoyable and to be fair, the person which whom I was watching the anime was also one of the best company you could ask for. Thankfully for me, the time spend with my girlfriends managed to level up my resistance to seduction attacks or I would have been sleeping with Serafall already, not that I don't regret it, but until I can safely keep my heads attached to my body, I won't test the waters.
Right now, my left hand was being squeezed by two mountains of happiness, while the owner of those two mountains was pouting at me.
"Mou, Haru-kun, why won't you just agree to my request? Nobody will know and we will even get to know each other better at the same time."
"Don't get upset now, Sera-chan. I can't become a devil and to be honest I don't want or seek the need of becoming one, because I'm pretty much better in all aspects than most of the devils, not to mention the fact that I have the same good qualities as them, so please tell me, my beautiful friend, what can turning me into a devil give me other than a bunch load of crap and problems?"
"You are forbidden from spending your time with Azazel anymore. He turned a handsome young man like you into his lazy self."
"Sera-chan, I would even kiss you if can make him let me in peace, but unfortunately for all of us, I have a girlfriend and Azazel is family, not to mention that you may even have a husband."
"I'm single, Haru-kun, so would like to take the chance of knowing me?"
"As much as I would love to spend my time with you, Sera-chan, I can't betray my girlfriend, and to be honest with you, your outfit makes the whole thing even harder than it should be. So, Sera-chan, I need to leave, but I will come to meet you because that's what friends do right?"
"Right…see you later Baka-Haku."

After I teleported away, Serafall fixed her clothes and hair that was ruffed by my hand and went to talk with the three men.
The first thing she heard when she entered the room, was Azazel mocking her.
"I was right about Haru's resistance. He wouldn't be defeated by temptation or seduction, after all, you should have seen his girlfriend."
(Now let's start the real meeting. Haru-kun, you did your part, now it's time to get quite a few benefits from this deal other than what you asked them)
Unknowingly to me, Azazel just made my life stranger than it was already, but at the same time he won us quite a few bonuses from the devils, one of them being that from now on, devils won't be able to touch any person related to me or a war will start. Poor devils, they got manipulated by an old pervert.
Unfortunately, though, the time didn't wait for me or anyone to do something and before I know, another two months passed.
These past two months, I spend my time grinding the shit out of [Orc Valley – ID] thus leveling up to 90 in my Tomb King class and to 72 for my Warrior-Monk class.
When my Tomb King class hit level 90 two new units were unlocked and one construct has become available for construction, though the construct was quite pricey.
The two units were the in fact an artillery piece name casket of souls and it had a max capacity of two pieces which was quite unfortunate, but when I saw the destruction one casket could do, I completely understood why there was a capacity, and thankfully their price was only 3500 MP.
The second unit was quite interesting in my opinion. It wasn't an elite unit, but the sheer amount of possibilities made the unit versatile. While I didn't know what the name represents, but the "Carrions" were resembling the vultures from our world, the only difference was the fact that these vultures were bigger, stronger, and undead, not to mention the fact that they come in a pack of ten for every 500 MP I spend and while their individual strength isn't that much, in a pack of twenty or thirty they could completely annihilate a low-class and even injure a Mid-Class being.
The construct on the other hand was a pain in the ass too, well, construct. The Necrosphinx was one of the best construct created In Nehekhara and served as a machine of mass destruction on the battlefield. Necrosphinxes are nightmarish beasts of destruction that glide through the air in bounding leaps before falling amongst their terrified prey, scything down the living as mortals reap the wheat of the field. None can stand against such terrifying beings, and only when all before them have been butchered will they stop. A Necrosphinx is a bizarre and horrifying statue - a strange amalgamation of the mythical beasts that are said to inhabit the Nehekharan Underworld, maintaining order amongst the honored dead. It has a torso and face of a man and is armed with gigantic, scything blades that can sever the neck of a Dragon in a single slice. Many also have a scorpion-like tail, better enabling them to stand sentry against the predations of evil. Finally, sprouting from the statue's back are a pair of ornate wings which mimic those of the falcons that circle the highest levels of the Underworld, keeping watch so that the souls of the damned may not escape, or at least that's what the [Game} told me about it. For me to create such a beast, I would need to use 20K MP, one High-class soul, any type of material from which the body will be built and 50k dead bodies thus creating a peak High-Class monstrosity that will only listen to my commands.
Strangely enough, Cleria become even more "wild", I may say because she was trying to make me sleep with her so that we could officially be called a couple, for what reason? I don't know, but my guts are telling me that it has something to do with Azazel and his deal with the Satans.
Another good piece of news was that Cleria will be freed from her duties half a year later when the sisters of Sirzechs and Serafall will celebrate their fourteenth birthday, which to be honest was quite nice in a way. After all, if they try to annoy me, I could simply use the Uno reverse card on them and scare the living shit out of them by going to Yasaka and talking to her. Who knows, maybe I would even get the legal ownership over the town, thus making the devils pay rent to me … I think I will meet my mother's friend this week, now that I think about it.
When I asked my girlfriends if they want to come with me on a business trip, all three of them declined my offer and their reason was that it will be too boring listening to those idiots trying to get benefits and fooling me, which was true but necessary.
In the end, I decided to go alone to meet with various yakuza clans and see if I could make them serve me with a little bit of manipulation, not to mention my main objective to meet the Youkais and make a deal with them regarding Kuoh and the forest near it.
