Seven years after the great change the flying islands were now a massive kingdom of flying islands. They had advanced their magic knowledge and were now finding out ways to make the chance higher of variant demons. They had also found better and more efficient ways to create and use magic crystals. The demons had also gained a new generation of demons that they taught magic from an early age. They had also found out the existence of holy and light magic and realized that it can't be used by demons and was super effective against the undead so they started researching ways to use it.
The Demon King of Frost had now moved his entire empire underground and was expanding it. The empire was held up by giant pillars made of Demonic iron that was strengthened by earth magic and held the roof of the empire from collapsing. They were now expanding downwards. He and a hundred of his soldiers had now gotten their enhancement magic to Tier 7 and were now like iron giants because they wore giant armor that was 20cm thick and had several layers. These armors were usable because of their extreme strength. They wielded giant war hammers that they used against the undead because they had extreme vitality and would continue to attack if you didn't crush their skulls. Keep in mind that these were demons that we're already 10m tall.
The Undead kings were now able to use Tier 6 spells and the former demon king had been given the title of the supreme leader because he was able to use Tier 8 necromancy and created the spell undead overlord that made him able to control undead that we're weaker than him. He gained was now called by demons The Undead Emperor. His undead empire was now gigantic and controlled most of the two former continents. His Necropolis was now 4000 meters tall and was 1000 meters underground. It was gigantic and was above the clouds. The normal undead mostly lived and the stronger or more intelligent you were the higher up you would live. They were able to build this Necropolis so fast because they had billions of workers that were coordinated and never got tired.
The Demon King of nature now lived on top of a 3000m tall tree that had been created and enhanced over the years by him. His empire was now gigantic and most demons knew how to use nature magic and he found out that depending on the mana you have your spells will have different effects so he started to do experiments on demons to see how to enhance them. He had also started trading with The flying islands and gotten to know how to create mana stones. His experiments included: Replacing the blood of a demon with demonic essence, Replacing the heart with mana stone, pushing your own mana into the heart of another demon, and many more. They may have failed but he continued experimenting to create the perfect demon. He had also discovered blood magic and taught it to a demon with high blue mana.
The Demon King of flowing fires territory was still intact and filled with demons. This was mostly because they were already used to fighting because they lived in a lawless land. They quickly killed the undead that was created by bashing their skulls in with their weapons. They quickly found out that dead demons became undead after a day and started burning all the corpses. The demons in the lawless land we're some of the strongest because they constantly killed demons and undead for fun.
Lukas was now able to use Tier 10 elemental spells that were highly destructive and became Tier 8 in Space/void and death magic.
Ten years after the great change the floating islands were now able to create golems out of earth magic and a complex mana crystal. The golems were three meters tall and had extreme strength but the most important part was that their cors had a Tier 1 holy light magic called purifying fist which when attacking demons made the punches of the golems deal extra damage to demons and undead. They couldn't create a more advanced holy spell because they could only use theory when they put it inside the magic crystal and the crystal needed to be made from natural mana which was super rare. So there only existed 100 such golems but they were the things keeping the undead away from them because they were extremely effective against the undead.
The Demon King of frost had now made his empire 4000m underground and had found a new ore that was called Pure mana steel this steel caused an increase with weapons created using it, it gave a damage boost against demons and undead so he used the Pure mana steel to create giant war hammers for his 100 strongest soldiers that had advanced to Tier 8 in enhancement magic and had even bigger armor. These demons were called paladins and defended his empire from the undead. He had also advanced to Tier 8 in ice magic.
The Undead emperor had now increased the width ad size of his Necropolis. He had now been upgrading his undead and has learned some elemental magic of Tier 3. He was now starting to search for more ores underground that he could counter this "Holy" magic of the floating islands. He had wanted to take over the floating islands because he knew that they had developed Magic crystals that could boost the user's magic output and he wanted to use this to boost his magic to the power of Tier 9.
The demon king of nature had been experimenting on demons for years and finally succeeded. He had found that if you replaced the bones and flesh with wood, its blood with demonic essence, and its heart with a magic crystal with the spell plant control, the demon could survive the procedure and use his powered up body. The only downside is that the demon would have a high chance of dying. So he only used this procedure on 100 demons. 9 survived and are now extremely strong.
The demon lord of liquid flames was still in his home under the dungeon along with his 100 former bandit members and was re-reading the book of magma magic. When he suddenly found something hidden on the last page. It was written in a very small text and the only reason he could read it was because of his enhanced by magic. When he read it said Authur: Lukas Qvist. When he saw this he was shocked. But was even more shocked when he saw: Book number 5. This meant that there existed more than one book so he told his men that he was going on a journey. When they heard this they were shocked and asked if they should also come. He answered: no. Then he made his way out of his volcano and started his journey.
