Chapter 69: Prologue

'Alpha, we are under attack!'

I was at my study when my Third in Command rush and bang in my room. I immediately run fast outside to see werewolves in different colors of eyes.

Mostly the girls who aren't shifted to their wolf form are in the black suit had those red glowing eyes.

They are all werewolf but it has an odd smell on them.

However, seeing those girls send chills in my body.

They are killing my pack with their bare hands only as they get closer to us.

I roared others to evacuate the boys on training. I get back to fighting as I killed the enemy with my bare hand who is getting on my way. I have to find the Alpha and kill him whoever he is. He has no reason to invade my pack. Our pack is one of the strongest and I won't let us be defeated by these unknown packs.

'Security alarm!' I growl at my man.

There I can feel the strong aura of the Alpha of the pack. I stopped and my body shivers. My wolf growls as we saw the Alpha of the pack. He wasn't a 'he' but it was a 'she'. She got those red eyes and she is smashing my men throwing them away whoever gets on her way.

She got beautiful hair and she smells good though she was away. And I know and my wolf that she's my mate. She's familiar but I shake the idea and focus.

'Lavi?' I glanced at my Beta Laurence who speaks. They got similarities in physical including their facial features. But he is in masculine features while she's feminine. Now, I understand but I don't have time to process everything in my mind.

Laurence tried to stop her while I am killing the werewolves who are attacking me. The Alpha of the pack threw my Beta without even blinking. Then, she proceeded to me.

Okay, I feel nervous about this. When she pulled the silver knife behind her, that's when I shook my head. Why is my mate like that? Is she going to kill me?

When she jumped to me and tackle me, that's when I realize that she's going to kill me. I was lying on the cold ground and she was sitting and cornering me on my top. She looked into my eyes and pulls up the dagger. I am ready to catch the dagger when she pushed it in front of my chest. However, she stopped and her eyes turn into those beautiful baby blue eyes.

'Love, that is bad!' Laurence scold her but a wolf attacked him so he has to get back on business by defending and killing anyone who tried to kill him and others.

'Mate...' I caress her face.

'Heellpp...' she murmured. She rolled her eyes and she fell on the ground unconscious.

The enemies growls and were about to get her. But I shifted on my wolf and growls at them covering my mate. The Crescendo Pack had arrived to help us. An unexpected thing happened is that our enemy aborted and run out of our territory. I shifted to my human form and turn my back to see Laurence, my best friend, hugging my mate. I growl at him.

'She's my sister, damn it!' he scowled at me. I feel ashamed. I look at her and him. They are twins. Well, that explains why they look alike.

We bring a few girls that attack us. They seemed not their selves so we didn't kill them. We have to know where they are from so we put them in a dungeon, tied up in chains. All of my packs are men so there are no girls here that's why we are known as one of the strongest packs in the South away from the Blue Moon.

My pack is only a small one but, they are all mateless men, and few girls who were part of the pack had left with their mate.

Some of my men had found their mate through the war. The girls that were trying to kill us, oddly their mate, and they begged me not to kill them.

Now, what the hell happened to my mate, and she tried to kill me?
