"I want you to feel the way the air going through your lungs."

Lara felt herself breathing deeply and continuously. The air cooled her airways as a she breathed in. Her mood slowly improved.

"Focus your attention on the emptiness for 10 seconds."

Lara's mind slowly became blank as she continued to listen to Louis's instructions.

"Now, imagine something crawling from under you." Lara did was she was told and saw a white glowing like series of veins coming from deep under the water. It rose up, crawling to reach her.

"… Imagine them touching your skin."

Lara shivered when something indeed touched her skin from below. And they wrapped around her whole body, including limbs, and her stomach.

Lara flinched.
