"Is something wrong?" Lucas immediately asked when Imani opened the door and she jolted because she didn't expect anyone to be waiting behind the door. She glanced down the hallway as she closed the door and saw Lucy standing in the same spot she had been in when she left the lab to enter the decontamination chamber. Lucy was frowning at both of them and it wouldn't take a genius to know that it was because of the attention Lucas was giving her.

"No, nothing's wrong. I just want to get my bag from the lobby. I need the flash drive," she replied as he glanced at the door behind her before his eyes went back to hers and she realized that he was wondering why Lucille hadn't come out with her. "She still has work to do in the lab. I need to send something from the files to her."
