"Stop saying shit, Lola. He's in the room next to mine. He could be listening right now," Imani whisper-yelled into her phone as she sat upright in the bed.

"He's probably not... but hey Lucas if you are listening, you and Imani need to –"

"Shut up. You need to stop getting involved in my sex life," she said in a low voice as she glanced at the wall between Lucas' room and hers like she'd be able to see him listening to their conversation and Lola snorted.

"You don't have a sex life, Imani. You've never had one," her friend stated and she pursed her lips.
