Chapter 132: Mikhael

"Thank you for waiting for me" 

Charlotte put on her seatbelt. She grabbed those cookies from the table and decided to eat inside the car since the director already called them and asked them to hurry. 

"Do you want some?" She extended the box she was holding towards the guy. "It's not that very sweet so I guess you will like it." she suggested.

Tempted by the deliciously scented smell, Aiden took a piece and munched half of it. "Thanks." Even though he already ate breakfast, those cookies made him hungry. 

"I baked this last night," Charlotte giggled, feeling proud of herself. She recalled all the mistakes she made last night because, even though she was already sleepy, she finished it and cleaned everything.

Aiden gulped his throat. "You baked these last night?" he asked. "I told you to rest early."
