Chapter 73: Glimpse of Hope

He looked around his room for the last time. His hands grabbed those heavy bags and after that, he heard a knock on the door.

Mrs Barton smiled sweetly when Sean opened the door. She made a quick glance at the half empty room behind the tall, young, handsome man. She lowered her head and checked the luggages. "Is everything ready?" she asked. 

Sean nodded, "Yes, mom." His voice was still plain, no emotions in his words. 

As the one who stood beside the young man as a mother. Mrs Barton enveloped Sean in her embrace and brushed his back. "You will be fine." She smiled as they parted. "Let's go down, the driver is waiting,"

The woman walked forward, leaving a meter between them. Sean looked back for the last time as if he was reminiscing about a memory from that half empty room. They headed down the stairs and at the edge, Shaun was standing there.
