Chapter 85: "Adi...I...I didn't mean it...",
Wendy walked towards the place where Riya and her friends were chilling. Priya who saw Wendy rushing towards her... scoffed and stood up.
"Oh look who's here...another poor useless girl...why are you here I thought you would be busy with that stupid friend of yours...after all, she's been deeply injured.", Riya spoke as she scoffed.
Karan who was near to the table could hear all her words...he didn't speak a word rather his lips turned upwards.
"1,...2...3...boom.", Karan whispered...while the owner of the club wondered why he was doing that...but the moment he heard Boom from Karan's mouth...the table in front of Riya was broken into pieces...and the wine bottle was broken by Wendy as she held the other part on her hand.
The song in the club was paused...all looked at the scene. The owner widened his eyes in shock. The so-called friends of Riya also backed off as their faces looked shocked.
Wendy scoffed.
"Hmph...what a kind of friends you have...no wonder you don't even know how to respect a friend...", She threw the glass piece in her hand and walked towards Riya not caring about the broken pieces.
She stood before Riya and gave her tight 2 slaps...Riya couldn't even fight back.
"Remember clearly what I am about to say...this FRIDAY...I will see you at the competition and then mark my words...you will face what you deserve.", Wendy spoke as she gave 2 more slaps.
"If you dare to touch Aditi next time...believe me...hell will be awaiting for you.", Wendy spoke as she walked away.
Bodyguards...she didn't need them...after being a mother she knew...she will protect Aditi and Aarav with her life.
Karan was already waiting for her outside...when Wendy walked out she saw him waiting as he lazily leaned against his car.
Her heartfelt a bit better after seeing him. She rushed towards him and hugged him.
"Better...?", He asked as he stroked her head.
"No...There's still a person who has to pay for all this...", Wendy spoke.
"huh...?", Karan blurted not knowing what she was saying.
"Take me to LIFE SHINE.", She spoke as she entered the car...Karan understood what she was trying to do. Drake quickly started the car.
After few minutes...they reached LIFE SHINE.
"You stay here...I will deal with that bastard myself.", She didn't want her relationship to expose.
"I will wait for you for 20 minutes...no less or more...If you don't come out I will enter and destroy the whole building...", He spoke. He knew why Wendy was stopping him...but he couldn't help but feel sad.
"Okay.", She assured as she walked towards the reception. After few minutes Rohit's Assistant walked towards her to bring her upstairs.
She followed him...she reached the top floor and then entered the CEO room...when she entered she saw Rohit who just turned his head as he stood up and walked towards her.
She marched towards him...and gave a tight slap. When his assistant tried to do something he was slapped by Rohit.
"Does it hurt...or should I give you one more...?", Wendy scoffed.
"Ms.Wendy...May I know the reason for you to come here without any message and give me a tight slap...?", He spoke calmly.
"Good...now you learned manners too... anyway I don't have much time to act in this shitty drama along with you...I'm here just to tell you about your fiancee...control her...if don't blame me for making her life hell...If I see that she hurt Aditi again...I promise that I will drag both of you to hell.", She spoke as she turned to walk away.
"Wait...what happened to Adhi...?", He asked worriedly.
"I said you before...you don't have a right to call her like that...as for what happened to her...contact your lover...she should know it better as she's the one caused it...and one more thing...don't dare to come near Aditi.", She spoke and dashed out of the office.
When she walked downstairs...the car was still there...she quickly entered the car.
"Drake drive to the hospital.", She spoke as she entered her man's arms.
Drake saw them...and started the ride.
Karan just hugged her...he or she neither spoke a word.
Meanwhile.
Aditi opened her eyes as she saw Anan who was holding her uninjured hand as he looked down.
Seeing her moments he lifted his head...neither of them spoke.
Aditi tried to lift herself up...but she couldn't as one of her hands is injured and the other was in his hands.
"Still angry...?", She questioned with her raspy voice.
He just stood up from the chair and helped her to sit on the bed as he lifted the bed with the remote. Then he walked towards the table and brought her some hot water.
"I don't need it.", She turned her head to another side.
She knew Anan was angry...and she knew she was wrong...but she couldn't help but feel a heartache when he's not speaking with her.
"Must you kill me so that you'll be happy...?", Anan's angry yet helpless voice entered her ears.
Aditi was shocked for a second...she then calmly turned her head...she took the sip from water in his hand.
Anan realized what he did.
"Adi...I...I didn't mean it...", He tried to lift her chin...all he could see in her eyes covered with tears. He quickly placed the water on the table and wiped her tears.
"I'm Sorry...I really am...", He said as he gently hugged her avoiding the injured hand.
"You...you raised your voice against me...", She wept continuously.
"I'm sorry...I shouldn't have done that...please babe stop crying...please seeing you injured I was already half-dead...now please don't cry...I can't bear...please...", He spoke.
"I'm sorry...I was careless....I...Shouldn't...", When she was to say...he released her...hushing her.
"Shush...I know...I will leave the decision to you...but after you are done with your revenge I will deal with them in my own way.", He spoke...his eyes carried the coldness...she never saw.
"I will be careful in future...I...", Before she could say anything...he covered his lips with hers...the kiss deepened as they ran out of oxygen.
Just then the door opened...as they parted. Anan wiped her lips and adjusted her quilt.
Wendy and Karan entered the room. Wendy quickly walked towards the bed seeing Adi was awake...so did Karan.
"Wen...why are you here...?", She questioned her.
"How can I not be here...?", She said as she saw Anan who was standing beside her.
"Why do I seem like we disturbed something...?", Wendy twisted her face.
Aditi who was startled stared at Wen's hand.
"Wen what happened to your hand...?", she was more shocked now.
"Don't worry that's not her blood.", Karan who was silent spoke.
Wendy stared at him...as she wiped the blood with tissue beside.
