"Maa...I've taken a decision after discussing with Karan.", She said as she saw everyone in the family seeing her speak more.
Kyra and Dia were all sitting on the sofa and silently heard what Henna has to say.
"I think it's good to let Sunny stay with us and send him to Karan's place every Saturday and Sunday. Wendy you and Karan will stay at Karan's apartment because that is the place that's close to both of your working places as you recently joined FOR YOU.", She said.
"...Yes Don't worry about Sunny...Jane and we all are here...and I want to spend a little more time with my great-grandchild so we could compensate for all the years we weren't by his side.", Lilly spoke.
Wendy was in deep thought... at that moment...
"Great idea grandma...mama...I wanna stay here and I will visit you guys on the Weekends.", Aarav smiled and said. No one could understand what's going in this little fellow's head.
Hearing to little one everyone turned their head to Wendy...Wendy saw the Mother and Daughter as she couldn't help but nod her head.
"All settle then...Karan will be coming in another 30 minutes.", She smiled as she walked towards the kitchen.
'This guy...what's going on his mind..? Didn't he leave the house a while back...? What is he trying to imply by doing this...?', Wendy couldn't help but crack her head because of Karan.
Sunny returned to her side as he slowly whispered in her ear...
"Don't worry mommy...I will take care of these both Mother and Daughter in the house...you focus on how to deal with that Kyra and her husband in the office.", Aarav said.
"Okay...then I'll leave the matters in your hands...", She smiled and replied. Although she wanted to kill them for making Aditi suffer so much...she still didn't have the power and she didn't want to look like a bad woman to the people she just met.
Karan entered the home...as he saw the servant bringing dishes out.
"Come here...what are you standing there for...?", Henna smiled as she saw his son.
At this moment he saw Aarav who was hugging her mom and acting like a spoiled child.
"I know...I will miss you too.", Wendy smiled as patted the little guy as she hugged him.
"Promise me...that I will be the only man you love...!", Aarav questioned as the people in the room started to laugh.
The little boy was just done hugging her mother and walked upstairs a moment ago but the moment he heard Henna's words...he ran back as he started to act this way.
Lilly gave him a thumbs up in her heart.
Karan who felt a bit warm when he saw the pair of mother and son...now felt a headache after he heard his son's words.
"You are my one and only...Okay. Now go and sleep.", She smiled as she handed him to Elder Mishra walked upstairs.
"I am coming too.", Lilly smiled as she stood up from the sofa and followed them upstairs.
Karan felt a ting in his heart when he heard the confession she made to their son. He didn't speak much as he silently walked towards the dining table and sat down.
After dinner. Henna and Wendy had a small goodbye session.
"I know it's all sudden but I want to make things right at least now...I'm not forcing you to accept him by doing this. I'm just asking you to go with him...so you can get to know each other.", Henna said as she didn't want Wendy to misunderstand her actions.
"Master Henna...you don't have to explain. The moment I entered this home...I was ready to be a part of this family.", Wendy smiled and replied
"Child we will just wait for the day you will call us Mom and Dad.", Varun said as he walked towards Henna and held her in his arms.
Henna smiled at the man who just came to help her. He was her husband...he knew what's going on with her mind.
"We lost our daughter...so be our child, so she can feel less lonely.", Varun spoke as he stared at Henna.
Wendy's heart skipped a beat when she saw the love between the couple...how much did he love her for him to stare at her like she's his precious treasure. She wondered.
"Master Henna...Professor Varun, I'm glad Anvi was your child...and I hope she feels the same too.", Wendy couldn't help but say it out.
"She is also our treasure we failed to protect...but she still is securely living in this heart of mine.", Henna said as she leaned back on his husband's shoulders.
"She must be proud that you are her parents...I don't wanna take her place, just love me one-tenth of you love her...I will show you that I'm worthy of your love.", Wendy said as she held Henna's hands.
"Child...I'm glad you finally choose to come to us.", Henna patted Wendy's head as she was very satisfied with this daughter-in-law of hers.
Karan's lips couldn't help but smile...as his heart softened. He started to see many faces of Wendy...he couldn't help but keep staring at her.
"Alright go back now...It's already late.", Varun said as he smiled at his son.
"Then we will leave now.", Karan said as he took the luggage from Butler Paul's hands and walked towards the car.
Wendy also walked towards the car as both drove off.
"I hope they could understand each other and forgive all the pain they went through.", Henna said as she was in her husband's arms.
"They'll eventually heal each other scar...my Wife is excellent to create this chance, so my son will win over Wendy...don't worry too much.", Varun kissed her on her forehead as he said.
"Then hubby...let's share this matter with Suhani and Brother Bhargav tomorrow...they will be very happy.", Henna was looked like a woman who's still like a child.
"Sure...your wish is my command. Let's get in...you'll catch cold.", He helplessly smiled as he took her wife in.
Butler Paul and servant wondered how could this couple still look like Newly married after so many years of marriage. The women there couldn't help but earn this kind of love.
In Karan's Car.
"Why are you so silent...? Are you the same woman I met a few days ago...?", Karan couldn't help but ask.
"Why are you so interested to annoy me...? I'm being to behave like a proper lady here.", Wendy couldn't help but roll her eyes.
"No one will kill you if you be yourself...", Karan spoke as he suddenly made a U-turn.
"Karan...are you so eager to get a beating from me...?", She asked after she was shocked at his driving.
He shrugged as he continued to drive to his apartment.
'Leave what am I shouting in front of this deaf man...I rather have some sleep.", She thought as she turned to the other side as she entered her dreamland.
After some time...the car arrived at the stop. Karan couldn't help but stare at the beautiful woman that's sleeping like a little rabbit.
"Only if you were this peaceful when you were awake.", He sighed to himself as he couldn't help but feel a bit jealous as he remembers the mother and son's conversation that happened in Vastav's mansion.
It seems he has a long way to get close to that cunning son of his. He smiled as he stared at the woman beside him.
