Chapter 86: A Love Note For My Wife

Sarah's POV:

I woke up and breathed heavily. I just had the worst nightmare, and I was so scared. Elma and I were surrounded by a pool of blood. The blood belonged to one of us, but who?

Quickly, I picked up my phone and dialed Elma's, but it went straight to voice mail; she hadn't called since she showed up at my community.

Then I saw the time, and it was already 6 p.m. I can't believe I slept this long. So I freshened up and stared at the dress Anthony got for me.

I couldn't wear that, so I took out a casual gown from the closet and did myself with it. Then there was a knock on the door: "Mother." It was Josh.

"Mother," then Amber.

"What happened?" I stared at the kids who stood in front of my bedroom door. "Someone is downstairs," Amber said, and I raised a brow.

"Who?"

"Kim's boyfriend," Josh replied, and I frowned. "Kelvin?"

"Yes, should I send him away?" asked Josh, and I chuckled. "Of course not; let's go."
