Chapter 2: Ch.2 Family
I was sitting in my room as my sister Starburst busted into my room. H-huh, I said confused as she walked to me happily. Starburst was way older then me she was 20. "I'm getting married," she squealed happily. E-ehhhhh, as my eyes widened surprised this really was news for me. Really getting married!? Was this arranged I don't get it?! "I met him a couple of weeks ago and we started to talk and ate together then he confessed to me and wanted to marry me," she chuckled all lovely dovey. What is his name?, I asked curiously. "Sawyer, Sawyer Otori prince of Aqua of Abquss," she replied happily. He is older then you right by a year isn't that right, I asked. She crosses her arm in a doze saying, "Yes and handsome very handsome." Okay I get it, I sighed annoyed. I mean I'm happy for her it's just weird to talk to her like this cause she and I don't have to best relationship. As kids I was always the favorite and I have my mother last name as my older sister and younger brother had my fathers last name Firewing. My mother wanted her second daughter to have her last name. She was kind and fair to both of us but I was always her favorite I felt that Starburst was kind of jealous of that. I represent my mother kingdom I never seen it but my mother says it's beautiful. One day I'll travel there my mother always says that. I hope it's as amazing as this kingdom.
Oh you must be confused but this isn't just a original kingdom. Windscale is a kingdom of dragons. Maybe I should start at the beginning...
This kingdom use to be a kingdom that everyone could see but humans took advantage of that murdering our kind or kidnapping kids. That's why all dragon kingdoms are in hiding. Every being here was kicked out or killed. Their a barrier only dragons could go though so no outsider could come in, as years piled up humans forget we exist some think we are just a legend or a child's fariy tail same goes to all the other kingdom and city's. We lived in peace with other dragons traveling all over the kingdoms. But that was 200 years ago doesn't things change.
Starburst squealed happily as I sighed. "I want you to beside me at the wedding," she cheered with a smile. W-what really!? I mean it's a honor, I said nervously and surprised. She hugged me lovingly saying, "Even with our differences and our past you're my sister and I still love you." I hug her back holding back tears. She'll make fun of me if she saw me crying. Starburst and I talked for a bit until someone walked in. "Ah Princess Jupiter and Starburst," he said as Starburst walks over to him. I watched as he kissed her hand lovingly. I got up and slightly bow saying, Its a honor to meet you prince Sawyer. "There no need to be so formal," he replied as I lift my head. Starburst wasn't wrong he was handsome. He had dark blue hair with some aqua highlights and brown eyes. "You must of heard the news from Starburst," he said with a smile. I nodded, Yes I did I am happy for her, I said as I turned to her with a smile. "I hope we became acquaintance with one another more," he says as I nodded for a answer. I saw how happy Starburst was I never seen her this happy. I just smiled not really knowing what to say. As they both walk out my room I stood there in a daze. It was surprising yet I was happy for them. I really can't wait for this wedding.
